I'm preggo and looking forward to the info you will post... I have been focusing this week on natural/safe heartburn remedies... how about roasted fennel seeds with a pinch of brown sugar? It actually works. :)

Though my "baby" is 18, I have a in home daycare and learning about these things will be good for me. I do keep up on as much a possible but if I don't, or forget I'll stop by and you can teach me. Thank you for sharing.
